You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Perko a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service, consistent with your privacy settings. You are responsible for your content, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Perko is a platform for sharing referral codes; the underlying referral programs, bonuses, and rewards are offered by third-party companies, not by Perko. We do not control and are not responsible for those programs, whether a code works, or whether a bonus is paid. Any transaction resulting from a code is between you and the relevant company.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perko will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator of Perko is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
